Knife-shaved Noodles is the newest addition to our noodle family. 
After one year of R&D, we have formulated the perfect recipe and texture. After the soft launch in mid 2018 to selected clients, we have finally launched it in 2019.
When used in soup-based dishes, the wavy trimming of the noodles scoops up just the right amount gravy to complement the cuisine.
